## Your people work for the same company. But do they feel part of it?

The workplace is losing something fundamentally human. A sense of belonging.

People still show up. Meetings happen. Work gets done. But the camaraderie, energy and everyday connections that make people feel part of something bigger are quietly fading.

Hybrid working has reduced the moments that naturally bring people together. And as AI changes how we work, there may be fewer reasons for colleagues to interact at all.

The risk? A company full of people doing their jobs, but increasingly disconnected from each other and the organization they work for.

## What if movement became the cornerstone for how we rebuild connection in work?

(… and social health, mental health, and physical health!)

### Social

*(connection, belonging)*

Brings colleagues together across teams and locations through shared experiences and friendly competition.

### Mental

*(motivation, enjoyment)*

Creates encouragement, positive social contact and a real sense of achievement.

### Physical

*(more people moving more)*

Makes exercise inclusive. Everyone contributes through the activities they enjoy, at a level that suits them.

## (look at what one company did…)

## What if everyone had a place?

*(any activity. any time. anywhere.)*

- Runners
- Cyclists
- Gym-goers
- Beginners
- Athletes

One community. One Flock. No Egg left behind.

## What is NestEgg?

*(glad you asked.)*

A new way to create connection and belonging at work, through movement.

People experience exercise as a social team sport that anyone can do.

NestEgg brings people together in small teams called Nests, where they move however they choose, share their workouts, and compete together in four-week NestEgg Challenges over the year.

Everyone plays at their own level, so beginners and athletes can contribute equally. That makes movement something people across the company can share, regardless of fitness, role, location, or seniority.

Movement creates connection. Connection creates belonging. Belonging keeps people moving.

And when people keep moving, health (social, mental, and physical) follows.

The NestEgg story, 92 seconds, sound on. Every face is a real Egg.

The founding insight

## Pull, not push.

*(we don't nag. people pull in other people.)*

Most wellness programs push: reminders, targets, guilt. NestEgg creates social settings that naturally pull people into movement.

People move for people , more than they ever do for themselves. Eggs join small teams of five called Nests, and those Nests quickly become accountability groups, support systems and little communities.

## How it comes alive.

*(four steps. no nagging.)*

01 Eggs join or start a Nest

(five Eggs. one name. a lot of pride.) Each Nest picks a name and a crest, and that identity matters more than you'd think.

02 They move their own way

(walks, runs, lifts, swims, padel.) There's no prescribed way to take part. Any movement counts, and everyone can see it.

03 Every Egg has their own 100%

(the NestEgg levelling system.) Your Level sets your weekly target. Hit it, and you've done your bit for the Nest, same as everyone else.

04 Eggs share their movement

(exercise stops being private.) Workouts, walks, progress and jokes land in the feed. Movement becomes social, and people get pulled in.

## See it in the app.

*(three minutes. no slides.)*

## The problem isn't sign-ups.

*(it's keeping everyone in, week after week.)*

88% Activation rate Of registered Eggs logged at least one heart rate verified workout.

81% Still active in week 4 Of engaged Eggs were still active in the final week.

80% Meet the WHO guideline Of active Eggs logged at least 150 minutes of activity in a typical week.

+38% Rising intensity Exercise Points per workout, 46.8 to 64.6, in the Artisant Lane Kickoff.

Source: [NestEgg Evidence of Outcomes v1.6](https://www.nestegghealth.com/facts/#results), reporting through June 2026. Five completed four-week leagues, 949 Egg registrations, 839 engaged Eggs. Rates use the engaged base: Eggs who logged at least one heart rate verified workout.

## The Flock went global.

*(one company. fifteen countries. one team.)*

H+K International's first NestEgg Challenge in 2025 had 93 Eggs, mostly in Ireland. In 2026 the H+K World Games brought together 287 Eggs in 64 Nests across 15 countries.
