# NestEgg Health > NestEgg Health is an exercise community for the workplace: a way to create connection and belonging at work through movement. Employees ("Eggs") join small teams of five called Nests, do any exercise they like, share their workouts, and compete together in four-week NestEgg Challenges. A heart rate based scoring system and a 15 Level handicap mean a beginner and a trained athlete can contribute equally to their team. NestEgg runs each Challenge end to end for the employer. Companies usually start with a six-week pilot (two weeks of launch, then a four-week Challenge) at $50 per participant; for large groups, contact NestEgg.
