*(one company. fifteen countries. one team.)*

H+K International, the global maker of stainless steel kitchen equipment for the food service industry, ran its second NestEgg Challenge in September and October 2026. Its first, in 2025, had 93 Eggs, mostly in Ireland. This time the whole business took part.

## They didn't just move more. They worked harder.

*(the handicap keeps everyone in it.)*

Workouts held steady from week to week, while mean weekly Exercise Points per Egg climbed 40% from week 1 to week 4. The Eggs who kept going were working harder each week, not just turning up more often.

The share of available Eggs active eased from 85% in week 1 to 75% in week 4, which is where the next H+K Challenge has the most to gain.
