The NestEgg Season is a year-long dose of teamwork, 'trash talk,' and friendly competition. It features Four Major Challenges over the course of the year, culminating in the grand finale—The NestEgg Cup.
The goal for your employees is simple: Stay consistent, back your teammates, and maybe... just maybe... lift The NestEgg Cup. It's about movement and momentum, not pressure or perfection.
The Four Major Challenges (Q1 - Q4)
The season offers four challenges, giving you and your crew four chances to show up, move, and make some noise.
- 01 - The Kickoff: Find your people, build your Nest, and start climbing the fresh leaderboard.
- 02 - Midseason Madness: Hold the line and keep the streak alive. Consistent effort is rewarded in the Spring Challenge.
- 03 - Summer Sprint: Dig deep! This is your time to shine as the rival teams creep up and the leaderboard gets tight.
- 04 - The NestEgg Cup (Grand Finale): Here we are—the grand finale. It’s the finish line to a long season of sweat.
The Playoff awards each team a head start based on the total points accumulated across the season.
