Which wearables work?

(probably yours.)

You need a device that measures heart rate during a workout. Most watches and bands do. Connect it once and your workouts sync on their own, or upload a screenshot after each workout instead.

Auto-Upload: set it once.

(profile › settings › workout submission › auto-upload.)

iPhone

Your device's app writes workouts to Apple Health. NestEgg reads them from there.

Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP, Oura, Polar, Suunto, Amazfit and Xiaomi.

Android

Your device's app writes workouts to Health Connect. NestEgg reads them from there.

Samsung, Google Pixel Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP, Oura, Polar, Amazfit and Xiaomi.

One device at a time. If two devices write workouts to Apple Health (say a Garmin and an Oura), heart rate data can go missing. Let only one of them sync workouts.

Photo-Upload: any heart rate device.

(about 20 seconds a workout.)

No sync? No problem. Take a screenshot of the workout summary in your device's app and upload it in NestEgg. Enter your resting heart rate once, then make sure each screenshot shows:

  • The workout type
  • The date and time
  • How long it lasted
  • Your average heart rate
